Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations of bookings on OÜ PowerSnack.

1. Client cancellation: a booking may be cancelled before it starts; if no payment has been authorised, no charge applies. After escrow authorisation, the held amount is released per the Refund Policy.

2. Provider cancellation: the provider should cancel as early as possible; repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to suspension.

3. No-show: if a party does not appear, the affected party may report it; the dispute process determines the outcome.

4. Mandatory consumer withdrawal rights under applicable law are not affected.
