These guidelines keep OÜ PowerSnack safe for people and animals.
1. Treat others with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, and discrimination are prohibited.
2. Animal welfare comes first. Never neglect, harm, or endanger an animal; follow the owners instructions.
3. Be honest: no fake profiles, fake reviews, off-platform payment circumvention, or misrepresentation.
4. Report unsafe situations, injuries, or suspected abuse immediately via the app.
5. Violations may lead to warnings, payout holds, suspension, or removal, and reporting to authorities where required by law.
