How to raise a complaint with OÜ PowerSnack.
1. Submit a complaint via in-app support or legal@digitalpet.app, describing the issue and any booking reference.
2. We acknowledge complaints without undue delay and state the expected review period.
3. We review the facts, may request evidence, and issue a reasoned decision; payouts may be held during review.
4. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to your national consumer authority or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
