digitalpet.app is a digital pet application — interactive virtual pets connected to real-world activity — with a range of features. As an additional, optional feature it offers a pet-care services marketplace. For that marketplace feature OÜ PowerSnack acts solely as an IT intermediary and payment operator; it is not an employer, agency, or pet-care provider, and does not itself perform pet-care services. Service providers act as independent contractors.
