1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using digitalpet.app and its associated services ("we", "our", "us"), operated by OÜ PowerSnack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

OÜ PowerSnack provides a digital pet platform, interactive 3D avatars, and subscription-based premium features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and make purchases.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our platform. This includes, but is not limited to: exploiting bugs, using automated scripts/bots to interact with the digital pets, harassing other users in neighborhood chats, or attempting to reverse-engineer the 3D models and underlying code.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including but not limited to 3D models, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of OÜ PowerSnack and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our assets for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

6. Marketplace (optional feature)

In addition to the digital pet experience, the app offers an optional pet-care services marketplace where pet owners can book independent service providers (e.g. walking, boarding, grooming). For this feature OÜ PowerSnack acts solely as an IT intermediary and payment operator — it is not an employer, agency, or pet-care provider, and does not perform the services. Payments are held in escrow and released to the provider after the client confirms completion or automatically after the dispute window. Use of the marketplace is also governed by the Refund, Cancellation, Community Guidelines and Complaint policies.
